Wide experience of Book Week visits, talks and workshops in and beyond the region. Regular tutor on writing courses for children, teenagers and adults. Regular reviewer for 'The School Librarian' and the Times Educational Supplement; currently working on an adult novel.

Publications
Novels for teenagers include 'The Nowhere Girl', 'Flightsend' and 'The Damage Done' (Scholastic). Stories for younger children include 'Ice Cat' (Scholastic), 'Whistling Jack' (Harper Collins), and 'Blitz Boys' (A and C Black).

Availability
Talks and workshops for primary and secondary schools, writers' groups, residencies and courses. Own transport available.
