Kentlands is located…
The New Urbanist development called Kentlands is located about 13 miles from Washington, and will include about 1800 housing units of various types, or about 5000 people out of a total of 50,000 in the local municipality, Gaithersburg, which is said to have the highest ratio in America of people working out of their homes. Not far away is King Farm, another large New Urbanist style development.
