• Courses: The deadline for bookings for courses is ONE WEEK before the course starts.
• Workshop: You can book at any time to start on any Monday.
• One-to-One Tutoring: You can book this at any time: individually negotiated to suit your needs.

Do you want to pay by credit card?

1. Download and print the Registration Form (To download the form on a PC, rather than opening it in the browser window, right click on the link and choose Save Target As)
2. Enter your booking information, including credit card details.
3. Fax it to +44 (0)115 848 6364 or post it to the address below. Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed until we have received payment.

   OR

1. Telephone us on +44(0)115 848 3533 with your credit card details and we can complete the registration form for you at the same time. (You can if you wish email the form as an attachment to traceschool@ntu.ac.uk prior to your call.)
   If you telephone us and your call is answered by our answering-machine, please leave your number, speaking slowly and clearly and including the country code, and we'll call you back anywhere in the world. Please tell us the country you are speaking from so that we can call at a convenient time.

Do you want to pay by cheque?

Download and print the Registration Form and enter your booking information. Then send it with a cheque for the full amount to the address below. Please make cheques payable to TRACE. Please note that we can only accept sterling cheques.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for a course or workshop at the Online Writing School you signify that you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

• Once you have paid for your course you may cancel up to two weeks before the start of the course and receive a 90% refund
• Transferring from one course to another is permitted only up to three weeks before the start of the course at a cost of 10% of the course fee.
• If you cannot complete the course within 10 weeks, it is possible, in exceptional circumstances, to postpone or extend your course. Please contact the School Administrators for details.
