Opening Band 4 the Sun





With land and sky on either side

The day held back the heavens for the earth below

Dropping rain they discarded all thought

Dark cloud

White cloud

No cloud

Leaving puddles on the ground.

Ripple upon ripple to remind us of their presence

The sun shines in as nature's wavelength arches across the sky

Each raindrop a piece of glass to bend each ray of light

The clouds pushed in and soon push out:

An opening band for the sun.

In darkness, where death

Reigns supreme, it is the least

Day the sun shines in
