• grid_foliage  [uploaded - 25 Nov 03] - the image of a resistor was cut and pasted over and over to create the image of a grid, which was then layered over the photograph of a tree backlit by a spotlight.

• fake_man_machine  [uploaded - 25 Nov 03] - a manipulated image of some cells from plasma was layered over a photograph of the Pilton Man.



• cyclone_breast  [uploaded - 24 Nov 03] - ] - graph showing the spread of a cyclone & photograph of a woman's breast. The image of some cells from plasma has been layered over the original work [as linked from the images section].



• adigit_woman  [uploaded - 16 Nov 03] - 4 layered photographs: a mask, a circuit board, a burning bus in Delhi, a hooded Hamas soldier. I wanted to create the effect of a disemboddied face that seemed to appear and disappear behind a grid. The hooded soldier can not be seen, but it is there.



• amask_multiples  [uploaded - 16 Nov 03] - 2 layered photographs: a mask, a resistor. The image of a resistor was cut and pasted over and over into a blank template to create a pattern. The mask was animated and a screen capture was taken. The screen capture was then layered over the resistors. The intention was to create a series of abstract heads as seen through some kind of signal noise.



• galaxy_soldiers  [uploaded - 15 Nov 03] - 3 layered photographs: soldiers patrolling a ridge in Afghanistan, a cache of weapons, our galaxy. My intention was to make a pixelated, high contrast abstraction for use as a background animation.
