Incuba the men dance on chairs and the women play guitar with the slivers from their heels. Incuba a rum and coke is forbidden by the authorities until you cha cha cha choke on the great author's short story. Incuba the Pearl, Pearl Diver and Minnie Driver all hop in a 53 Lincoln convertible and go drinking with the locals and the coca-cola tastes like an experiment in time and the rumba sways like the palms just before a hurricane and sugar cane breaks under the hooves of horses chasing the last rebels off the head honcho's plantation and the chocolada coco, coffee and tobaco filter through the thickened stubby fingers of machos and macha cha cha and the music keeps playing...

INCUBA
FAR AWAY AND ALONE
I stir in my egg and dream of Incuba, far beyond the green and calming sea of
Chessica, even beyond the steely iron torrents of Emsixonia, and think of the
haven lying beyond the Emwonian Chyrabdis, beyond the Slough of Notters
and know that She is waiting.
And so I ride, the AA Wizard's spellbook at my side and Acqua Buxtonia by my
thigh, foregoing the Inn of the Yellow M, diminutive cooks clawing as I battle
by their tempting courtyards but hatch I must and Incuba is my guide.
Then comes the fear, the 'where's the hell's Incuba?' and low gear. Then
comes the rain. The virtual anxiety now leads to pain. I see a man or think
I
can. He has no hair, three arms. And then I see fair Christy. Now it's time
to
hatch. I see the castle fair. But speaketh thus the guard 'You can't park
there!' I enter castle gates and my shell breaks.
