The trAce Access Site Awards 1998 - Award Winners

trAce is pleased to announce the selection of its first four access sites. Each site will receive a grant of £3,000 towards the provision of open facilities where the literary community can gain access to the internet and receive training and assistance in its use. The sites will be up and running by the end of January 1999 and the winners are:

The cheques were presented at the trAce Writers and the Internet Conference in Nottingham, England, on 16 October 1998. Presenting them was Gary McKeone, Director of Literature at the Arts Council of England.
