deep immersion
a project of fiction
This work is the result of a writing residency conducted on-line for a period of eight weeks. It was proposed by anat (the australian network of arts and technology) with funding from the Australia Council, and hosted by trAce International Writing Community.
Part of the residency involved developing a writing colleagueship with two writers, Liz Yorke in England and Gillie Griffin in Canada. That, and the pleasure of making writing in a new form, made the residency an enormously productive one for me. I welcome any responses to this work, which will continue to change and grow. Please contact me by email at tawhite@cyllene.uwa.edu.au or at the Department of English, University of Western Australia, Nedlands 6907, Western Australia.
