You arrive home, park your bike, and walk inside the house. You see that you left your bike helmet on the couch - whoops, you forgot to wear it! Good thing that you didn't crash, especially in the frenzied state that you were in. You pick up your helmet, figure you'll put it with your bike outside, and then you notice a piece of paper crinkled up inside of it. You smooth it out and realize that it's the package redemption slip. You scoff, figure you have no need for it now and that you can toss it in the trash can during your trip outside, but as you're about to open your front door, you notice some tiny print on the back of the slip. Upon closer examination, you see that it's a website address. Curious, especially since all you could find earlier was that weird youtube video, you return to your computer and type the url into your browser. Sure enough, the website pops right up, even though you couldn't find it in your searches before. Oooo, there's an email address. You just might have to give them a piece of your mind! Go ahead - actually send them an email!
