Diane Caney is a writer and web-author
who was born in Tasmania, Australia.
After completing her doctorate in 1997 she
became intrigued by html as a textual medium.
Both her thesis and much of her current writing explore
ideas about intertextuality. In 1999 she was awarded
an Australia Council Grant to explore the nature
of collaboration with digital media artist, Robin Petterd.
