Her younger brothers were the 400 Huitznahua, the 400 people of the south. Among them was one called Cuauhuitlicac. Finally there was the youngest brother, Huitzilopochtli. He had no father; he was conceived from a ball of feathers swept up by his mother, Coatlicue, in the place called Coatepec, Hill of the Serpent. |
