The Creative Harmony remains always at rest.
Yet, through it, all of the activities of life are accomplished.

If the shapers of culture learn to 
rest within the Creative Harmony
the culture will be transformed without effort.
Harmony is the fulfillment of all desires
thus restless desiring is quieted.
The culture returns to the simple things in life 
when it realizes that desiring
is never quenched.
